Product Design Lead

Ex-Tesco Bank, Ex-Argos, Expertise in Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Retail & Digital Twin Tech

Design leader transforming visions into reality through storytelling

I am an outcome-driven product designer who creates complex, user-centred solutions. I have strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills. I have worked in agile teams in both B2C and B2B and on high-profile projects for startups and scale-ups as well as large retail and financial services organisations.

As the Design Lead across several propositional and strategic programs, I delivered innovative customer experiences and proofs of concept across numerous industries. My problem-solving methodology includes strategy, research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.

Close cross-functional collaboration and constructive feedback are key to product innovation and success. I am skilled at facilitating workshops and design reviews to enable effective collaboration and foster an inclusive, empowering culture. I take pride in working with new designers and helping them reach their potential.

Design & Research Projects

Here are some case studies that best show off my strengths in both visual design and research. Each case study has a final prototype of the product and the impact of the design.

Past Projects

As a product designer, I have always been interested in UX and UI as both elements have to go hand in hand to develop a successful product. In my view, innovation relies on finding new ways to meet people’s needs and adding more value than anyone else. Therefore this cannot be done by UX or UI alone and this has always been my number one principle as a product designer.

Personal Side Projects

Creative Playground

In my spare time, I like to stay on trend with technology and the best way to do so is to get my hands dirty and learn about it. I set myself some challenging tasks usually outside the role of a visual / product designer. I realised that getting out of my comfort zone allowed me to see things from a different perspective and push my limit however the result was gratifying.
